Through an exclusive partnership with a privately owned manufacture based in Geneva we can offer the full service of product conception and manufacturing for any timekeeping products. These timepieces can be developed to be 100% Swiss made, or to be compliant with Swiss Made regulations. The expertise of our production partner goes from R&D activities to the manufacturing of all component parts used for a mechanical timekeeping instrument.

In providing this service we collaborate with award-winning designers using the latest tools and techniques and can give access to a complete supply chain. Working with some of the most experienced, and talented, independent Master Watchmakers capable of developing any mechanical complication, we are able to offer proprietary movements and new-to-market concepts. These high standards may include the 'Poinçon de Genève' hallmark and Chronometer Certification from any certification authority.

The Caliber L100 conceived and developed with Master Watchmaker Karsten Frässdorf at Leroy in 2015. The epitome of the tourbillon, with a Duplex direct impulse escapement, thermo compensated with a double-end curve spiral, dead-beat seconds, and fusée-chaîne. Precisely 953 different components were required to animate this mechanical marvel.

We advise investors and entrepreneurs on brand creation beyond just the product, providing a complete service to create a compelling product environment. This can include the packaging, marketing materials, and retail displays.

Here at LuxeConsult we permanently monitor potential investments within a very secretive industry where aggregated data and knowledge is rare to find and hard to understand. We work hard to identify investment opportunities for suppliers and brands within the watch industry and with our industry knowledge, we can develop long-term strategies for these brands and suppliers that best position them for investment.

We can also help private equity firms or private investors to identify the potential, the strengths and the weaknesses of potential targets, and can work as a link between the two sides.
